Systems studied specifically to automate and menage plants for
concrete production and sale and for the production of manufactured
cement items. The system was developed based on readily available
commercial hardware that is easy to service (PC and PLC), software
compatible and installable in the most widespread operating
systems on the market (WINDOWS and DOS).
The control equipments are projected for the specific customer's
requirements. It is possible to have systems completely automatic,
semi-automatic or manual.
The system permits automatic menagement of the complete concrete
production cycle: order, raw materials, shipping documents,
menagement of planned maintenance, loading data, data downloading,
etc.
The system for prefabbrication sector permits automatic menagement
of work assignments and manufactured of items.
Supervision of the production process through an animated display
customized for the plant.
Microprocessor system for small batching plants complete with
dispay instrument with customized keys that facilitate the operator's
work.
System for automatic measuring of aggregate humidity based on
microprocessor and proper humidity probes. It is fundamental
because the water in aggregates, particularly sand, can vary
substantially.
Equipment for volume batching of liquid additives with a clear
Plexiglas cylinder with a graduated band, that can work in manual
mode or automatic through the transducing system.
Mixing water control system by means of microwave probes
permits to keep constant mix quality with high precision, for
the final strength and workability, compensating and correcting
all variable aspects of the production process.
System for automatic measuring of aggregate humidity
based on microprocessor and proper humidity probes. It is fundamental
because the water in aggregates, particularly sand, can vary
substantially.
Electronic weighing system by means of load cells.
