Tower plants:High
production plants, to load ready-mixed concrete and dry or for
the prefab sector, with compact structure, ideal for building site
where the available space is small.
Concrete production time of tower plants is faster than horizontal units because
of the lack of conveyor belts and material transfer is by fall, taking advantage
of gravity force. Lack of belts makes maintenance easier and faster.
To clad with panels a vertical plants thanks to its compact structure is less
expensive and more simple.
In building sites with limited space another possible solution
to load aggregate is the employment of cups belts, with variable
inclination till 90°. |
